Book called 'Romeo Eats'
Here it goes
Romeo eats strawberries
Strawberries are sweet
He picks them in the summer
One of nature's yummy treats
Romeo eats rolled oats
To start his day off right
They keep his belly warm and full
With every single bite
Romeo eats carrots
Carrots are a root
He grows them in his garden
And makes them into soup
Romeo eats pomegranate
His favorite red desert
When he eats a handful
It stains his favorite shirt
Romeo eats almonds
Almonds grow shells
He loves to crack them one by one
And munch them, can you tell?
Romeo eats clams
Clams come from the sea
He puts them in with pasta
And tops them with parsley
Romeo eats spinach
Spinach makes him strong
He puts it in his salad
And eats it, 'til it's gone
Romeo eats mangoes
Mangoes grow on trees
They're soft, juicy and so delicious
They make him smile with glee
Romeo eats broccoli
Broccoli is green
He eats it raw and thinks it is
A tiny, crunchy tree
Romeo loves eating foods
That come from mother earth
He's always finding brand new tastes
And knows that health comes first
Fruits and veggies, roots and leaves
And goodies from the sea
These are the things that Romeo eats
And shares with you and me
