Tracy Byrd

Tracy Byrd, vlastním jménem Tracy Lynn Byrd, se narodil 17. prosince 1966. Tento americký country hudebník se stal známým díky svému průlomovému hitu Holdin' Heaven, který v roce 1993 dosáhl na první místo v žebříčku Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks. I když se mu podařilo získat další první místo až v roce 2002 s písní Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo, během své kariéry se umístil s více než třiceti hity na předních příčkách a zaznamenal jedenáct dalších Top Ten hitů.

Tracy Byrd podepsal smlouvu s MCA Nashville Records v roce 1992 a od té doby vydal celkem deset studiových alb a dvě alba největších hitů. Jeho druhé album, No Ordinary Man, se stalo jeho nejprodávanějším, získalo dvojitou platinovou certifikaci díky prodeji dvou milionů kopií ve Spojených státech. Čtyři singly z tohoto alba se dostaly do Top Five, včetně oblíbené balady The Keeper of the Stars, která získala ocenění Song of the Year na Academy of Country Music v roce 1995.
