My Ruin

My Ruin je americká metalová kapela, kterou v roce 1999 založila zpěvačka Tairrie B a její tehdejší manžel Mick Murphy. Kapela je známá svým syrovým a intenzivním zvukem, který kombinuje prvky nu metalu, alternative metalu a hardcore.

Debutové album My Ruin "Speak and Destroy" vyšlo v roce 1999 a rychle upoutalo pozornost díky svému nekompromisnímu stylu. Následovala alba jako "A Prayer Under Pressure of Violent Anguish" (2000) a "The Horror of Beauty" (2003), která upevnila jejich postavení na metalové scéně. Písně jako "Terror" a "Made to Measure" se staly oblíbenými mezi fanoušky.

Další významná alba zahrnují "Throat Full of Heart" (2008), "Ghosts and Good Stories" (2010) a "The Sacred Mood" (2013). Každé album ukazuje jejich schopnost kombinovat agresivní riffy s intenzivními texty a emotivním projevem.
