So first off, here's my Uncle Jim
He's like Clark Griswald energy
He loves a little bourbon by the fire
He helps me roast the chestnuts
He's that fun uncle that everybody wants to hang out with

Now my sweet, sweet mother
My mother is, is the most selfless person I know
She worries about her son way too much
She worries about everything a little bit too much
But around the holidays, she gets a little sip of something
And she starts talking a lot
And she starts smiling
And she loves everybody
You are a treat

Now there's my big brother
If you have a big brother, you know
But my big brother's been there from day one
He's there for me
He can be serious, but he can also loosen up around the holidays
And he'll get you in the corner, he'll talk your ear off, he can talk to anybody
One of the best guys I know, this is my brother

And then there's my Uncle Dave, he's over there in the corner
You see him by the bar, hey, Uncle Dave, yeah
He's the guy pouring the biggest drinks you've ever seen
He has huge catcher's-mitt hands
He's a farmer, so he just, he has huge hands
And he does not want you to touch the thermostat
Because God forbid it's seventy-two in here and not seventy-three

I gotta say, now you've met my whole crazy family, at least part of it
And there's a whole lot more, all of you out there
I want you to just feel like yourself
I know sometimes you're scared, sometimes the world is crazy
But tonight, you are part of the family
