the sun falls down to earth,
dripping with blood,
setting the horizon afire.
swallowed by the ocean, buried by the sea,
she dies to live again.
but then the lonesome keeper climbs up to his throne.
taking over the sun´s heritage, he bares his pale and scarred face,
to stare down at mankind below.
no judge, no savior- just a silent spectator,
watching the unstoppable human decay.
his rays of light, spikes of cold fire,
reveal dark secrets merciless.
the untouchable eye of the beholder-
it never sleeps, you´re never alone.
