Today nearly 1 in 5 Americans are living with the mental health condition. For all of us, our mental well-being is just as important as our physical health. But unfortunately, most of us don't know how to recognize the signs that someone is in emotional distress. And so many of those, who are having difficulty can't get the help they need. And then it's up to us to show compassion to reach out, connect, help folks find the hope and the support they need.
